 Blackprinz© Malt is intensely roasted from hulless barley with amazingly smooth and mellow flavours and no bitter, astringent, dry flavors or aftertaste. Despite its delicate and clean flavour, Blackprinz© Prinz won’t disappoint the eye, delivering exceptionally deep colour to dark beers or a slight to intense boost of colour to other beer styles. The hints of toasted malty flavour that come through at slightly higher usage rates makes Blackprinz® Malt unique, truly the crown jewel of black malts.

Excellent for minor colour adjustment with little or no flavour in lighter colored ales and lagers. Adds colour with subtle, smooth flavour in Black IPAs, Dark Mild Ales, Brown Ales, Dark Wheat Beers and Schwarzbier. Use in larger quantities for colour plus hints of toasted malty flavor.
